三 | 陈茂波认为，香港国际航空枢纽的地位，不仅是本地航空业的命脉，更是香港发挥“超级增值人”和“超级联系人”功能的硬件底座，促进更蓬勃兴旺的贸易、物流、会展、旅游，以至更广泛的人文交流。 陈茂波说，两年前启用的机场三跑道系统将逐步扩大飞机升降容量，今年5月启用的二号客运大楼离境设施，亦已有15家航空公司进驻，预计第一年可以分流约800万人次的旅客，提升机场处理出境客流的能力。 他说，香港会不断努力，进一步巩固提升国际航空枢纽的地位，并为其他相关经济环节的联动发展注入新活力。
